Thats when you should connect your tablet USB cord between the computer and tablet. It took a bit to get it working, butttt when I turned it on, it showed a black screen, then says No Signal in a blue box then come back to the black screen. For a bit, it worked on the black screen, I could draw and stuff, but after a while, it stopped working. Notes: -Im not good with computers and mom probs wont let me buy anything, just a heads up. I use Paint Tool SAI to draw, the lineart tool, layer thing is a lifesaver;w; - I bought it from this website. Ill try restarting my laptop, and if that doesnt work, I bet Im screwed.:,D. Ill see if I can find one at Walmart (Im taking the manual and a note with me, I cant be bothered to go get it) and if not, Ill get an adaptor someone in a video they made. I think it was Drawing with Drew or something like that) Thanks for the help tho. Sometimes the most recent driver will not work, particularly if you are running an older operating system, and you may have to try several different driver versions to find one that will work. What operating system are you using If youre running Windows 10, it has problems with tablets that display. Sometimes this is because of a recent update (anniversary update). If that is the case then rolling the computer back to before the update will fix it. This problem tends to appear as the tablet not displaying an image, but working as a normal graphics tablet on your screen that works. You can check this through your control panel system settings menu whatever your computer has. If its not that, there are a few other common things that cause that sort of problem. Even if everything works with a different computer or different operating system, particularly if you have Windows 10 on your computer, it seems that the cords, adapters, and anything else shipped with those tablets are often either defective or just not very good, and some operating systems wont work correctly with them (the fix for those is to get a new cable, adapters, etc, that are a good brand). ![]() It can also be a problem with your graphics card, or the connections to the graphics card. Or issues with the ports on your computer themselves, they can be loose or burn out which can cause problems. If you arent comfortable with computers than that is really something that you may want to have somebody else have a look at. If its just a black screen, then its either: 1) not connected to your computer properly. Probably not this case because it shows the No Signal message, but it might be worth trying to turn off and on the tablet using the power button on the tablet a few times.) Plug in the power cable on the tablet and check that your cable (VGA or DVI depending on which you decided to use) are connected securely to the tablet and the laptop. Once you have it connected, right click your desktop and go to Display Settings. Note: The USB cable doesnt have anything to do with your monitor being a black screen. If you get your monitor to show your screen, move on to installing your tablet drivers. For your tablet drivers, you should install them in this order: 1) Uninstall all previous tablet drivers from your computer (if youve installed any) and restart computer. Ugee 1910B Download And InstallDownload and install the drivers for your tablet from the tablet company website here: ugee.netdownloadindexid65. I suggest against using the drivers in the installation CD because those are usually really outdated and buggy. When you run the tablet driver installer, it should stop you and say that you dont have your tablet connected.
